Each sugar skull design is created using free-motion embroidery — a technique where I draw the artwork directly with thread. Every piece is stitched, not printed, giving each skull its own personality, texture, and handmade charm.

This collection brings together the iconic sugar skull motif with floral details, flowing linework, and expressive character, all stitched slowly and intentionally by hand in my Cardiff studio. Because each skull is drawn freehand with thread, no two pieces are ever exactly alike — every line has its own movement and energy.
