1. Place Your Order

• Browse the collection on the website, select your favourite designs, and add them to your basket. Complete your order at checkout.

2. Customised Orders

• If you'd like a bespoke design, please send me an email with your design (all details can be found here). We'll discuss details such as colour choices and the estimated completion time.

• Once the details are finalised, I'll send you an invoice and payment instructions via email. Please complete payment within 48 hours to secure your slot. Orders with unpaid invoices after this timeframe will be cancelled.

3. Order Completion

• Stay updated as I work on your order—I’ll keep you informed every step of the way! You'll also receive a notification once your order has been posted.

• Note: Orders post within the UK only, using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
