Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lucky Threads, each sweatshirt is custom-stitched to order, so I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Since all items are custom-made, I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection (please check the size guide before ordering)

• Minor variations in embroidery, as each piece is handmade

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a sweatshirt that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order at LoveLuckyThreads@gmail.com with:

• A clear photo of the item and issue

• Your order number

I will assess the issue and offer either:

• A replacement (if applicable)

• A partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

3. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started, and cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
