Welcome to Lucky Threads! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Lucky Threads, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering Process
Customers can select a design from our collection (e.g., dinosaurs, tarot, dogs) or submit a custom design for embroidery.
Each order includes the selection of sweatshirt size, colour, and thread colour.
Custom designs must be submitted in a clear digital format and will be reviewed before acceptance.
Orders are only accepted from customers within the United Kingdom.
2. Production Time & Delivery
Orders are made to order and may take up to three weeks from payment to dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery, with shipping costs included in the product price.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
3. Product Information
Sweatshirts used are Gildan Heavyweight, available in unisex adult sizes (S-XXL) and kid’s sizes (3-14 years).
As each sweatshirt design is handmade using free-motion embroidery, some designs also include beadwork, slight variations may occur.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders must be original designs or artwork that you have the rights to use.
Lucky Threads reserves the right to decline any custom order that is offensive, inappropriate, or too complex for embroidery.
5. Payments & Refunds
Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
As all items are custom-made, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

6. Care Instructions
To ensure longevity, we recommend washing sweatshirts inside out at 30°C, avoiding tumble drying, and ironing inside out.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have started, and cancellations will not be accepted.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs in the Lucky Threads collection may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lucky Threads is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, colour discrepancies due to screen differences, or customer-provided designs that may not stitch as expected.
10 Privacy Policy & Data Protection
Customer information is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties.
11. Business Rights
Lucky Threads reserves the right to modify prices, designs, or policies at any time. Future product offerings may be added, and terms may be updated accordingly.
