Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upload my child’s artwork?
You can upload your artwork directly through the Visualiser, or email it to me separately — both methods work perfectly. I’ll be in touch to confirm details before stitching begins.
What types of artwork work best?
Simple line drawings translate beautifully, but I can also stitch artwork created in crayon, felt-tip pen, pencil, paint, and digital formats successfully.
Does the Visualiser show the exact finished result?
Not exactly. The Visualiser gives you a clear guide to placement and overall look. However, every design is stitched freehand, so each finished piece is truly one of a kind.
Can I choose any garment colour?
Yes — simply select your preferred T-shirt or sweatshirt colour when adding your item to the basket. Colours shown in the Visualiser are for preview purposes only.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Most orders are completed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. If you need your item sooner, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
