How do I upload my child’s artwork?
You can upload it through the Visualiser or email it directly. Both options allow me to create a handmade mock‑up from your artwork.
What kind of drawings work best?
Simple line drawings work beautifully, but crayon, felt‑tip, pencil and digital artwork all stitch well.
Does the Visualiser show the final result?
No. The preview is only a guide. Every piece is stitched free‑hand, so the final embroidery will always be unique.
Can I choose any garment colour?
Yes. The Visualiser shows a limited range of colours, but any base shade from our available blanks can be used.
How long does a Kids’ Art order take?
Most orders are completed within 1–2 weeks. Faster turnaround may be possible on request.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I ship within the UK only.
